Missing male

Hello Terrace Search and Rescue this is Dwayne Sheppard it’s Monday night at 1900 hrs. we’ve been asked by the RCMP to conduct a search for missing youth with developmental challenge problems. This male functions at the level of a 3-6 year old and was last sceen in the Thornhill fair grounds area. If you are available to assist please respond to the SAR hall.
